Josh is a longtime Frederick resident and has been an active volunteer member of the community for over twenty years. From organizing local stream clean ups, serving on the PTSA, to serving as an elected member of the City of Frederick’s Board of Aldermen (city council), Josh is an effective advocate who will bring his experience to get results for Frederick Public Schools.
